Q: Can I order accessories without ordering cells?
Yes, but accessories are priced and stocked primarily as cell complements. Standalone accessory orders under $500 may incur a small handling fee. We recommend consolidating with your cell order for best pricing and consolidated shipping.
Q: Are your terminals compatible with other manufacturers’ cells?
Our terminals are dimensioned for XenPai cell terminal positions and thicknesses. They may fit other pouch cells with similar geometries, but we cannot guarantee compatibility. Send a sample cell for verification if you’re using mixed sources.
Q: What’s the lead time for custom-machined terminals?
Custom aluminum terminals: 10 working days from drawing approval. Custom brackets and frames: 15 working days. We provide sample parts for fit-check before full production run.
Q: Do you provide installation torque specifications?
Yes. Every accessory shipment includes a datasheet with recommended torque values for terminals, mounting hardware, and electrical connections — matched to the materials and thread sizes provided.
Q: Are heating films necessary for all battery applications?
Heating films are only required if your battery operates below 0°C with any frequency. LFP cells lose significant capacity at low temperatures; the heating film pre-heats the cell to 10–15°C before charging to prevent lithium plating. If your ESS is indoor or temperate climate, heating films can be omitted.
