Step-by-Step Conversion Process

Will the lighter lithium battery affect forklift stability?

No. We add precise steel counterweights inside the battery box. The final box has the exact dimensions and weight of your original lead-acid battery, ensuring the forklift’s load chart remains valid.

Is the conversion difficult?

It is “Plug and Play”. Our packs use standard Anderson/REMA connectors (SB175SB350Euro DIN). You simply slide the old battery out and slide the XenPai pack in. No wiring changes on the truck are needed.
